Job Title: HR Recruiter Executive

Experience Required: 58 Years

Role & Responsibilities

HR Recruiter Executive

What You Will Do

Independently handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates from various platforms.
Conduct detailed screening calls to assess technical and behavioral fit.
Coordinate interview schedules with the HR Head and respective department heads.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly hiring updates.
Understand job requirements thoroughly before initiating the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

What We Expect

5–8 years of proven experience
in recruitment.
Ability to hire across
Manufacturing (MFG)
,
IT
, and multi-domain positions.
Strong understanding of technical skills and manufacturing job roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong sourcing expertise using
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and employee referrals
.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with
Manufacturing and IT recruitment experience
will be preferred.
Ability to manage mid to senior-level hiring efficiently.
Hands-on experience in bulk hiring, technical hiring, and niche skill hiring.
Proactive, target-driven, and able to deliver within deadlines.
