2-Years Bond & Need to Submit your 10th Original Mark list with us during the Bond Period.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Recruitment activities - Sourcing, Interviewing, Negotiation, offer release, onboarding and closing positions for all depts in given TAT. (Junior - Mid - Senior level)
• Identifying manpower needs & discussing with all depts heads regarding manpower requisitions on monthly basis.
• Conducting Virtual & F-F Interviews for Initial screening, HR Round interviews, coordinating & attending technical round interviews with hiring manager.
• Conducting Walk-in drives at various locations as & when required for closure of the positions.
• Handling Joining / Onboarding formalities.
• Conducting Orientation/ Induction formalities, explaining all company/HR policies & giving biometric access to new joiners.

• Connecting with external vendors/consultants/ college placement heads for getting right fit for the role.
• Generating HR MIS Data & Recruitment tracker & submitting to HR Manager on Monthly basis.
• Handling employee grievances, time-to-time and connecting with employees.
• Co-ordinating with Learning & Development (L&D) team for execution of the training events successfully.
• Performing end -to end recruitment life cycle activities in Success Factors (SF)

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, verbal and written communication skills including excellent presentation skills at conferences, meetings, training sessions.
• Team player with outstanding negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.

• IT literate (experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of PC functions)
• Able to take initiative and work independently.
• Sense of accountability of your own work in completing assigned tasks
