The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture. This role is critical to ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the overall growth of the organization. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and provide employee development support. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and in compliance with labor laws. Maintain employee records and manage HR systems efficiently. Coordinate training and development programs for staff. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. ,
