Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead maintenance and ensure uninterrupted plant operations at a reputed textile process house in Palsana . The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical background in textile or manufacturing setups. Key Responsibilities Supervise and maintain textile machinery (stenters, dyeing machines, boilers, etc.) Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve equipment performance Ensure plant safety, reduce downtime, and coordinate with production Lead a team of fitters and technicians Manage inventory of spare parts and oversee procurement Maintain detailed logs and machine service records Skills Required Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering 5–10 years of experience in textile or process house operations Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, boilers, compressors Ability to read mechanical diagrams/manuals Strong problem-solving and team management abilities Basic welding skills preferred Skills: welding,boilers,diagrams,pneumatics,pumps,motors,maintenance,basic welding,mechanical engineering,dyeing,team management,compressors,problem-solving,hydraulics Show more Show less
