Sr. Mechanical Engineer

As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Gadgeon, you will be responsible for designing new fixtures, creating drawings, updating existing designs, and coordinating with fabrication vendors for manufacturing the fixtures. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting the creation of Mechanical Test protocols, executing tests, identifying requirements for test setups, and assisting in dry runs. Key Responsibilities: - Designing new fixtures and creating drawings - Updating existing designs - Coordinating with fabrication vendors for manufacturing fixtures - Supporting in Mechanical Test protocol creation - Executing tests - Identifying requirements for test set up - Assisting in dry run Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or equivalent (Automobile/Production) with a minimum of 4 years - At least 1 year of experience in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks - Knowledge of basic materials used in fabrications - Basic understanding of Strength of materials, manufacturing methods, and 3-D printing - Experience in Mechanical Testing is a plus - Prior experience in the medical device industry would be beneficial Joining Gadgeon will provide you with a dynamic and rewarding career experience that fosters personal and professional growth.
