Job Profile: Recruitment Team Lead / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to consistently meet and exceed hiring targets.
• Guide, mentor, and support junior recruiters to improve their performance and productivity.
• Drive team performance through effective coaching, feedback, and performance management.

1. Recruitment Operations

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles, functions, and industries.
• Ensure quality, speed, and consistency in all recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and trackers for all recruitment operations.

1. Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, align on hiring strategies, and ensure timely closures.
• Gather feedback from clients and ensure a smooth recruitment cycle and high client satisfaction.

1. Sourcing & Tools

• Utilize major sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, and Shine for talent acquisition.
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, trends, and industry best practices.

1. Additional Advantage

• Prior experience in
