Job Title: Planning Supervisor Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Cable Manufacturing Salary: AED 3,000 per month Benefits: Food, Accommodation, and Transportation provided by the company Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Supervisor to join our cable manufacturing operations in Dubai. The Planning Supervisor will be responsible for production planning, coordinating schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders. This is a hands-on role requiring close coordination with production, procurement, and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with demand forecasts and resource availability. Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production. Monitor actual production against planned schedules and adjust accordingly. Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure optimal workflow. Track and report production performance metrics and suggest process improvements. Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP systems regularly. Identify delays, shortages, or excesses in production plans and resolve issues proactively. Ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery commitments. Supervise and support junior planning staff, if applicable. Candidate Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field. Minimum 24 years of experience in production planning, preferably in cable or manufacturing industries. Familiarity with ERP systems and good working knowledge of Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
