HR Officer

Job Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad

Nivee Property, a distinguished real estate developer is looking for a HR Officer who will be responsible for managing recruitment and training functions to support construction projects. This includes sourcing skilled labor, onboarding, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor regulations. The role demands collaboration with project managers and department heads to meet workforce needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to identify staffing needs for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• Develop job descriptions and specifications tailored to construction roles (e.g., laborers, foremen, engineers).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, trade schools, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, and pre-employment screenings.
• Manage onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and site induction.
• Design and implement training programs focused on safety, technical skills, and leadership development.
• Coordinate with external trainers or institutions for certifications (e.g., OSHA, site safety).
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records including certifications, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Support audits and inspections by providing necessary HR documentation.
• Conduct regular check-ins with site staff to address concerns and improve morale.
• Implement recognition programs and career development initiatives.
• Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, safety standards, and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in Telugu and English
