Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and related data for payroll processing.
  • Administer compensation structures, increments, and incentive programs.
  • Manage employee benefits including insurance, reimbursements, and other perks.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to payroll and compensation analytics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors /Masters degree in HR.
  • 4-8 years of experience in payroll and compensation & benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliances and HR systems.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
