Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to labor laws and industrial relations. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures for construction projects. Collaborate with project teams to resolve employee grievances and improve overall workforce productivity. Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance employee skills. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in human resources management in the engineering & construction industry. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification. Proven expertise in hiring, recruitment, statutory compliance, operations, and talent acquisition.
