Manage attendance, leaves, payroll processing, and other HR operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee engagement, exit formalities, grievance handling, and industrial relations.
Handle new joiner onboarding process and resolve any issues that may arise during the probationary period.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
Provide support in resolving conflicts between employees or between an employee and management.
Compliance experience to NABH is added advantage.
Strong understanding of HR Operations, Payroll, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Exit Formalities, Grievance Handling & Attendance Management.
