Job Summary

Responsible for managing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement to support smooth operations across Bhima Gold branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

    Recruit, hire, and induct staff for showrooms and support functions.
  • Employee Relations:

    Address grievances, maintain discipline, and foster positive employee relations.
  • Training & Development:

    Conduct training on product knowledge, service standards, compliance, and leadership.
  • Performance Management:

    Implement KRAs/KPIs, appraisals, and succession planning.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH).
  • Payroll & Benefits:

    Support payroll processing, manage incentives, and resolve employee queries.
  • HR Strategy:

    Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

  • Reduced attrition and improved employee satisfaction.
  • Timely recruitment and on boarding.
  • Training coverage and performance improvement.
  • Zero compliance issues.
  • Accurate payroll and benefits management.
