Role Overview:

HR Business Partnering

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and feedback analysis.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
• Help prepare HR dashboards and reports for business insights.
• Participate in grievance handling and employee relations activities.
• Contribute to diversity, inclusion, and wellness programs.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and induction.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
• Assist in HR audits, compliance tracking, and policy documentation.
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams for data accuracy.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Passionate about building a career in HR and eager to learn.
