Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to begin their HR career and contribute to meaningful organizational growth. As an HR Intern, you will assist with key HR functions while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic professional environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Help manage HR operations such as updating employee records, processing documentation, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Support the creation and distribution of HR communications, reports, and documentation.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement events, training sessions, and internal activities.
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling correspondence.
  • Contribute to various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
