Job Description

As an HR intern at our company, you will be responsible for assisting the HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. Your role will include updating employee absence records, filing HR documents accurately, conducting background checks on shortlisted candidates, and providing recommendations to enhance HR policies. Additionally, you will be drafting employee communications to notify staff of policy and procedural changes. Key Responsibilities: - Updating company databases with new employee contact information and details - Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for job vacancies - Coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates - Posting job advertisements on various platforms - Assisting in gathering market salary information - Planning company events - Sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates - Coordinating new hire orientations - Addressing staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field - Office environment experience - Knowledge of U.S. labor laws - Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent administrative and organizational abilities - Effective communication skills - Detail-oriented In addition to the job role, this is a full-time permanent position with benefits including food provision and provident fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts and rotational shifts, with the work location being in person.,
