Job Description: Human Resource Intern

Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi (On-site)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, making it an excellent learning opportunity for students or fresh graduates aspiring to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes for various open positions based on job descriptions and role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Post job openings on social media platforms, job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with candidates to manage and coordinate in-person interviews.
• Assist in candidate follow-ups and interview feedback coordination.
• Support joining formalities, employee induction, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update HR records, candidate databases, and documentation.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office tools.
• Willingness to work from the office and learn in a fast-paced environment.
