Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support across functions.
  • Handle recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Manage HR operations such as attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records for decision-making.
  • Assist in L&D, training coordination, and career development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and people management skills.
