Adihit Capella is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager / Manager to strengthen our client servicing and business development functions. The role involves managing existing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services across accounting, taxation, and legal domains, at the same time, seeks a Manager to oversee client servicing, team coordination, and business operations within our Legal services firm. The role requires strong leadership skills, client-handling expertise, and the ability to manage projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Role & responsibilities - Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. Coordinate delivery of services in accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and legal domains, Assist in business development through networking, referrals, and client acquisition. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and client pitches to potential and existing clients. Monitor client satisfaction, proactively resolve issues, and drive retention and revenue growth. Lead and manage day-to-day operations in accounts, audit, and compliance projects. Supervise, mentor, and guide team members in project execution and service delivery. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance. If the LLB degree is recognized, then it will be accepted. 35 years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, business development, or operations (preferably in /Legal/Consulting industry). Strong leadership, communication, networking, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, teams, and projects effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and accounting/ERP software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Role & responsibilities I. Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand positioning and sales initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business objectives. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights. II. Digital Marketing & Analytics Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), plan content calendars, and drive engagement. Execute SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to improve online visibility and lead generation. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Insights, etc.) to measure ROI and optimize marketing III. Branding & Communication Maintain consistency in branding across all channels and collateral. Craft clear and compelling marketing messages for different audiences. Attend business expos, trade shows, and networking events to build connections. Assist the business development team in lead nurturing and follow-up activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field 2 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or consultancy setup. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in marketing tools such as: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite Canvas, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop Mail chimp, Zoho Campaigns Word Press or similar CMS Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and branding principles. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail. Experience working in B2B environments is a plus.
