Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, motivation, and productivity. Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employment relations. Collaborate with hiring managers to design job descriptions, post job openings, and conduct interviews. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment processes. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in human resources generalist role. Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices. Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement and relations. Ability to analyze data to inform HR decisions (e.g., metrics analysis). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar tools.
