Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and training. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and leave management. Provide support for generalistic HR activities such as policy implementation and administration. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in an HR role with exposure to generalist activities. MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) degree from a reputed institution. Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing etc. . Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
