Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits for clients across various industries
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
Manage direct and indirect tax assignments including return filings, tax planning, tax audits, and GST compliance
Advise clients on regulatory matters including FEMA, Companies Act, and other relevant statutes
Provide consultancy in matters of accounting, finance, and business structuring
Handle assessment and litigation matters before tax authorities
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively
Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members
Keep up to date with prevailing regulations, amendments, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with valid ICAI membership , Qualified Cost Accountant
05 years of post-qualification experience (Freshers may apply; experience with a CA firm is preferred)
Thorough knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, GST and audit procedures
Proficient in MS Office, Tally, and accounting/audit software
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
High level of integrity and commitment
