Role Overview:

HR Executive - Sourcer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening:

  Identify and source potential candidates for various sales positions through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.

• Bulk Hiring:

  Focus on bulk recruitment for sales roles, ensuring high-volume hiring with effective sourcing strategies.

• Candidate Engagement:

  Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team. Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback.

• Database Management:

  Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information, ensuring proper documentation of candidate status.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements and ensure the sourcing of suitable candidates.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  Prepare and share regular reports on sourcing activity, candidate pipeline, and hiring status with the HR leadership team.

• Regional Language Skills:

  Use your regional language skills to connect effectively with candidates and understand their requirements better.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Freshers or candidates with prior experience in recruitment or HR sourcing are both welcome.

• Education:

  A graduate degree in any discipline.

• Languages:

  Proficiency in at least one regional language is

  mandatory

  (e.g., Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, etc.) in addition to English.

• Communication Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.), and HR management software.

• Attention to Detail:

  Ability to assess candidate profiles and identify potential talent effectively.

• Team Player:

  Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment.
