Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely
fulfillment of open positions.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment
events.
Facilitate the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth
transition into the organization.
Manage documentation and compliance related to on-boarding activities.
Conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale and teamwork.
Handle HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and
performance evaluations.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
