Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Raigad district for a Program Manager/Program Head - Maharashtra. The Program Manager/Program Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing program operations, ensuring the delivery of objectives, liaising with stakeholders, and reporting progress. Key tasks include strategic planning, team coordination, resource management, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing program efficiency to meet Jivika’s mission and goals.
