Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing attendance management, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, HR reports preparation, and coordination with plant management and corporate HR for policy implementation and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee biometric attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Facilitate onboarding of new employees, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth joining formalities. - Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities at the plant. - Prepare and maintain various HR MIS reports as required by management. - Liaise with plant management and corporate HR for policy implementation and compliance.
