City Visual Merchandiser

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative City Visual Merchandiser to lead the visual merchandising strategy and execution across our key markets. Based in Dehradun, the candidate will be responsible for creating compelling in-store visual experiences aligned with brand identity, enhancing customer engagement, and driving footfall and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain high standards of visual merchandising across all stores in the assigned region.
• Develop visually appealing displays in line with brand/VM guidelines.
• Plan and execute store window displays, seasonal themes, and product launches.
• Coordinate with store teams and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of execution.
• Train store staff on VM best practices and guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain display standards.
• Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to support promotions and campaigns.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve VM effectiveness based on store performance and customer insights.
• Manage multiple store roll-outs and VM implementation within defined timelines.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising (preferably multi-store/regional exposure).
• Strong sense of design, color theory, and retail aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp – preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store teams and vendors.
• Flexibility to travel frequently across MP, CG, Mumbai & Pune.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a retail VM role, especially in fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
