We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team, focusing on HR operations and business partnering with a strong inclination towards data-driven decision making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structured processes, analytics, and employee engagement within a fast-paced environment.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, documentation, exit formalities).
• Assist in HR analytics by managing dashboards, reports, and employee data to drive decisions. • Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving queries and ensuring HR policy compliance. • Collaborate with business teams as an HRBP, providing data-backed insights to improve workforce planning, retention, and performance.
• Drive HR audits, MIS reporting, and regular process improvements.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations / HRBP roles.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills; exposure to HRMS tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, with high attention to detail and a solution-driven mindset.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
