We Are Hiring for an HR Executive

Location: Habsiguda

Day Shift

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  

2. HR Operations & Documentation

• Maintain employee records (joining forms, personal files, attendance data).
  
• Update HR databases and HRMS systems.
  
• Track probation periods, confirmation letters, and other employee lifecycle documentation.
  
• Maintain compliance-related documents.
  

3. Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance and verify timesheets.
  
• Handle leave applications and update leave records.
  
• Coordinate with payroll for attendance-related inputs.
  

4. Payroll Support

• Gather monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions).
  
• Assist the finance/payroll team in verifying salary sheets.
  
• Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, Professional Tax).
  

5. Employee Engagement

• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities (events, celebrations, surveys).
  
• Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when needed.
  

6. Performance Management Assistance

• Assist in organizing appraisal cycles.
  
• Follow up with teams for goal-setting and review forms.
  

7. HR Policy Implementation

• Ensure employees follow company policies.
  
• Assist in communicating new HR policies or updates.
  

8. Exit Formalities

• Coordinate resignations, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
  
• Prepare experience letters/release letters.
  
• Collect company assets and update records.
