Job Description

As an HR Professional in this role, you will have the responsibility to oversee the complete employee life cycle for contract employees. You will need to communicate effectively and ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes. Your tasks will include developing and implementing hiring plans in coordination with relevant teams. Additionally, you will provide HR operational support, which involves documentation, conducting HR interviews, coordinating with vendors, and handling grievances. Your role will also require you to generate and analyze MIS reports, including attrition data and exit interview insights. You will be responsible for preparing and publishing HR dashboards to provide valuable insights to the management. Utilizing HRIS systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis will be a crucial part of your daily tasks. Moreover, you are expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to work independently to address various HR-related challenges effectively. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining a smooth HR operational workflow and supporting the overall organizational goals.,
