Looking for a Designer at Living Luxuries (LIVIT), a 10 yr old well established in the market, modular kitchen and fitted furniture company. Position - Designer (Modular Kitchen, Wardrobes & Vanities) Role :- Utilize AutoCAD 2D, 3D design and other design software to develop detailed plans and drawings. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to HR operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding. Employee Engagement & Relations Develop and implement employee engagement activities. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Assist in payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Performance & Development Support performance appraisal processes. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. General HR Administration Draft HR policies and procedures to support business objectives. Coordinate with different departments to support HR initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role. Knowledge of HR functions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
