Job Summary

HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment process job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll.
  • Coordinate with Accounts and Consultants for PF, ESIC, and other compliances.
  • Prepare HR letters Offer, Appointment, Experience, Relieving, etc.
  • Maintain employee master data and update HR files regularly.
  • Organize employee engagement activities like birthdays and training.
  • Supervise office administration – stationery, housekeeping, and uniform checks.
  • Support travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
  • Ensure all HR documents and reports are audit-ready.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate or MBA in HR / related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin role.
  • Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, and payroll process.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
