Job Description

Dear Candidates, We are looking for a HR fresher for HRBP role. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews. Partner with business leaders to implement and manage the Performance Management System (PMS). Conduct thorough HR audits across satellite offices/hubs. Promote a positive work culture, conduct internal investigations, and take constructive actions. Conduct 1:1 interviews with employees to understand their happiness, needs, and wants, and generate actionable insights. Maintain accurate employee data and ensure data hygiene. Support the payroll process and ensure accuracy. Drive employee engagement activities, own new initiatives, and host regional events to boost engagement. Requirements: Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, preferably from premier institutes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extremely detail-oriented with a proactive approach to improvement. Good analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making.
