Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee grievances and engagement through regular touchpoints, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Oversee attrition management and reduce it.
Develop and implement effective performance management strategies to drive business outcomes.
Analyze attrition trends and design initiatives to control attrition rates within the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop talent development programs that align with business objectives.
Provide guidance on employment laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
Strong understanding of Business HR principles, including Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Attrition Management & Control.
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
