Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee grievances and engagement through regular touchpoints, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee attrition management and reduce it.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze attrition trends and design initiatives to control attrition rates within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop talent development programs that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employment laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  • Strong understanding of Business HR principles, including Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Attrition Management & Control.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
