About the Role - As an Associate Human Resources, you'll use your well-honed recruiting skills to find qualified candidates, cultivate amazing candidate experiences, and guide managers and interview teams in their quest to hire the best person for each open position. Job Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies. Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Collaborate with the HR manager in strategic planning and decision-making. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies. Assist in aligning HR practices with business goals. Job Requirements 2-5 years of recruiting experience (Tech/ Non-Tech) Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills High level of communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build effective relationships Extensive experience in sourcing and identifying candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri). Sound business judgment and common sense to approach obstacles and solve problems during candidate searches. Experience balancing the demands of the customer with the defined constraints of the candidate search. Ability and willingness to recruit for other positions as requested.
