Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave registers.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.
Monitor staff performance and support training & development.
Handle payroll coordination and basic compliance documentation.

Marketing & Business Development:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for solar rooftop systems.
Generate leads through online platforms, events, and local networks.
Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, quotations, and site surveys.
Maintain social media presence and assist in branding activities.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance updates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA in
Marketing or HR

2 to 5 years of experience in
HR and/or marketing roles
, preferably in the
solar / electrical / renewable
sector.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
