Role & responsibilities This is a high-impact leadership-enabling role designed for a proactive, dynamic, and experienced professional who has previously worked as a Personal Assistant to a high-profile individual or business leader . The PA will act as the right hand of the MD, ensuring smooth operations, strategic execution of business initiatives, and oversight of both team performance and client relations. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support & Travel: Accompany the MD for all official travel (domestic and international). Manage schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and day-to-day priorities of the MD. Employee Oversight & Operations Management: Take structured reporting from employees and ensure accountability. Ensure all departments are functioning effectively and aligned with organizational goals. Act as a bridge between employees and the MD for clear communication. Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. Fluent in English & Hindi ; knowledge of additional languages will be an asset. This is a night shift role , and only candidates comfortable with permanent night operations should apply. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working closely with UK or US teams , along with excellent spoken English skills to effectively communicate with native English-speaking professionals. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and building a people-first culture. Training & Development: Organize training programs focused on communication, soft skills, customer handling, and night shift adaptation. Foster a culture of continuous learning and career progression. 7. HR Operations & Reporting: Maintain accurate records related to attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and attrition. Leverage HRMS tools (such as Zoho, Keka, etc.) to digitize and streamline HR operations. Liaise with vendors for recruitment, training, and employee benefits. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO/ITES; mandatory experience in working with UK/US teams . Excellent spoken and written English, capable of professional conversations with native English speakers. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
