Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market our Modular Kitchen Solutions in entire Chhattisgarh


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and builder segments.
  • Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and retail customers to generate leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle client presentations, site visits, and proposal discussions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the design and installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in

    Business Development / Sales

    in the

    Modular Kitchen, Interior Design, Furniture, or Building Materials

    industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
  • Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
  • Qualification: Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
