Job Overview

10 to 12 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:

    Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, including Sales, Civil Engineers, Architects, and Liaison Officers. Build a pipeline of talent for upcoming residential/commercial projects.
  • Performance Management:

    Implement and oversee the Annual Appraisal cycle (PMS). Design KPIs and KRAs specific to real estate sales targets and project timelines.
  • Statutory Compliance:

    Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, Factories Act (if applicable), and local state regulations. Manage RERA-related manpower documentation where necessary.
  • Employee Relations & Retention:

    Handle site-level grievances and headquarters employee relations. Develop retention strategies for high-performing sales and technical staff.
  • Payroll & Benefits:

    Oversee monthly payroll processing, including attendance tracking for site staff, incentives for sales teams, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT).
  • HR Policy Formulation:

    Review and update HR policies to align with evolving real estate market trends and organizational growth.
  • Training & Development:

    Identify skill gaps in the technical and sales teams and coordinate relevant training programs (e.g., Soft skills for sales, safety training for site engineers).

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience:

    10 to 12 years of core HR experience, with a

    mandatory minimum of 5 years in the Real Estate/Construction

    industry.
  • Education:

    MBA in HR or equivalent Post Graduation.
  • Certification:

    Must hold a recognized

    HR Certification

    (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHRI/SPHRI, or a specialized certification from XLRI/TISS).
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Deep understanding of real estate-specific challenges, such as high-volume recruitment for sales and handling contract labor/site staff.
  • Skills:

    Strong command over MS Office, HRIS tools, and excellent negotiation/liaison skills.
