HubSpot Implementation Specialist

The HubSpot Implementation Specialist at Inboundsys is a key role responsible for onboarding and executing marketing automation, inbound strategies, and technical implementations within the HubSpot platform. You will work closely with clients, account managers, and internal teams to deliver scalable and efficient marketing solutions, thereby driving client growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with clients and account managers to design strategic growth plans utilizing the HubSpot platform, creating and managing lists, landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, and template designs, designing and executing email nurture campaigns, structuring lead scoring and routing infrastructure, establishing scalable processes, and overseeing tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign delivery to meet client goals. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in using HubSpot hubs and marketing automation tools, hold mandatory HubSpot certification(s), possess a strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, tactics, and analytics, and have excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions. An analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and understand key marketing metrics is crucial. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Drive, Slack, and Monday Project Management is a plus. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot and digital marketing strategies, hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Technology, or a related field, and have the required HubSpot Certification(s). Google certifications, such as GA4, are considered an added advantage.
