Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist with WebGuruz Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in the Mohali district. The specialist will be responsible for managing HubSpot CRM implementations, conducting needs assessments, configuring and customizing the CRM platform to meet client-specific requirements, training users, and providing ongoing support. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and maximize CRM effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially HubSpot
• Sales experience or working knowledge of sales processes
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Experience in IT Services or Digital Marketing industries is a plus
