Job Summary

HubSpot Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM, including users, permissions, pipelines, and properties.
Build and manage workflows, automation, forms, lists, and email templates.
Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and regular clean-ups.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership.
Support lead management, lifecycle stages, and deal tracking
Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and internal systems.
Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day HubSpot support to internal teams
Document processes, best practices, and system changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar CRM role
Strong understanding of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
Experience with workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
HubSpot certification(s) preferred

Nice to Have

Experience with API integrations or data migration
Knowledge of CRM best practices and sales/marketing operations
Experience working with fast-growing or SaaS organizations
