Job Description

Title: Salesforce Senior Developer

Department: Information Technology (IT)

Reporting To: Director of Business Systems

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical

solutions.

• Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to development standards.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on experience

with Salesforce Sales Cloud ecosystem.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required); Developer II (preferred).

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and

Queueable Apex.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and strong understanding of object-oriented

programming (OOP).

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components

• Experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, C#, or Python.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Git.

• Demonstrated experience working with APIs and third-party app integrations.

• Experience leading or mentoring software development teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior experience re-engineering Salesforce configurations for enhanced

workflows.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Background in small business finance (a plus).

• Experience with Salesforce architecture design and security features.

• Familiarity with product development lifecycles, including go-live deployments.

• Strong documentation skills and commitment to technical excellence.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
