Hub In-charge

As a Hub In-charge, you'll be the heart of our delivery operations. You'll lead a team of delivery associates, ensuring every package gets to its destination on time and in perfect condition. You'll manage day-to-day operations, from sorting and dispatching to quality control and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and manage a team of delivery associates. * Operational Excellence: Oversee daily hub activities, including inventory management, sorting, and dispatching. * Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met. * Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the delivery process. * Compliance: Ensure all hub operations follow company policies and safety standards.What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar field. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work in a demanding, target-driven environment. * A problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude. * Knowledge of the Indore area is a plus.Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per monthTo apply, please send your resume to abhinay.tiwari@annapurnaworld.com or call us at 7748000340.
