Job Title: Hub Supervisor Department: Operations Location: Koyambedu, OMR, Ponmar, Redhills. Reporting To: Operations Head. Job Summary: The Hub Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the hub, ensuring smooth coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, team supervision (including loaders and drivers), and maintaining quality and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Supervise all activities related to loading/unloading, dispatch, and delivery of goods (e.g., 20L bubble top cans). Monitor and manage day-to-day hub operations to ensure timely execution of delivery schedules. Team Supervision: Manage loaders, drivers, and other hub staff; assign duties and monitor performance. Ensure shift rosters, attendance, and discipline are maintained. Inventory Control: Track stock movement (inward and outward), perform stock reconciliations, and maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure QR code scanning, pH value checks, and quality verification of water cans before dispatch. Coordination: Communicate with delivery teams, customer support, and logistics coordinators for real-time issue resolution. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for supplies or maintenance as needed. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs at the hub. Maintain daily operational logs, delivery records, and incident reports. Customer Experience Support: Support timely and accurate deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle basic customer queries or complaints related to hub operations, escalating when needed. Requirements: Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations or related field. Experience: 2–5 years in hub/logistics/warehouse supervision (experience in water delivery or FMCG is an advantage).
