Full Time
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and systems aligned with refinery operations.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with internal HSE standards and government regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification (e.g., HAZOP, JSA, HIRA).
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
Provide HSE training and awareness programs to all levels of staff and contractors.
Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and environmental monitoring.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, permits, and corrective actions.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all permits and licenses are up-to-date.
Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance and sustainability.
B.sc or Diploma or Degree Engineering +ADIS
Minimum of 7 years of HSE experience in a refinery, petrochemical, or oil gas environment.
