Job Description

As Manager HR Delivery for Japan HR Shared Services at Pune, India, your role is crucial in enhancing HR service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic collaboration with Fujitsu Japan HR stakeholders. Your exceptional leadership, client relationship management skills, and ability to drive continuous improvements will be instrumental in this global HR shared services environment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison for Fujitsu Japan HR team and stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and aligning with client expectations. - Lead HR service delivery for a team of 25+ Japanese bilingual professionals, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. - Mentor team members, drive accountability, collaboration, and innovation, and enhance team capabilities through strategic development plans. - Spearhead process optimization initiatives, manage resource allocation efficiently, and align with global standards and organizational policies. - Oversee financial governance, including POs, SOWs, and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills: - 12+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior managerial role within shared services/global HR. - Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills. - Proficiency in Japanese language (Min N3 or above) and extensive experience working with Japanese clients/stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of HR service delivery models, process governance, SLA management, and strategic financial governance. - Exceptional leadership, coaching, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
