What You’ll Do

• Assist in hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
• Write creative job posts, social media captions, and email copy.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR activities.
• Help create HR docs, policies, and brand content.
• Work closely with founders and learn directly in a fast-paced startup.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English writing & communication skills.
• A “people person” with a creative touch.
• Willing to learn HR + content + startup culture.
• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
