Job Title: Payroll coordinator Department: HR Reports To: HR Head Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurately processing employee salaries, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining payroll records. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of payroll systems and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for all employees (monthly/biweekly/weekly as applicable). Maintain and update payroll data such as new hires, terminations, promotions, deductions, bonuses, and leaves. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.). Prepare and submit payroll reports to HR and Finance departments. Address and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with HR for attendance, leave, and benefits data integration. Manage payroll-related documentation and file records securely. Assist in audits and provide necessary payroll data when required. Generate and distribute payslips and relevant tax forms (e.g., Form 16). Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Accounting, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or administration. Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, ADP, Zoho Payroll, etc.). Good understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Excellent communication and time management skills.
