Engage regularly with the business to understand business-specific needs and drive the people's agenda.
Work on manpower planning with the business leaders and identify talent acquisition needs and lead the team to fulfill them in the defined time period
Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee relations, employee experience, performance and retention
