Job Description

In this role, you will provide functional support in the areas of HRMS systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, and system testing. With 4-7+ years of experience in HRMS, you will be expected to: **Implementation:** - Responsible for the full cycle implementation, including understanding client business needs, recommending solutions, sign-off, delivery schedules, development team interaction, and commitments. - Execute tasks assigned, provide periodic updates on execution status, and work towards achieving project quality standards/goals. - Review performance status, update project progress for internal and external stakeholders, and proactively report or escalate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. - Track, analyze, and report quantitative metrics for internal and Client stakeholders, manage month-end and year-end activities. **Support:** - Responsible for day-to-day support of the HRMS system, troubleshooting software issues, and providing timely resolutions within defined timelines. - Liaise with business and technical staff for issue resolution, ensure compliance with data management regulations, and work with end users to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements. - Create, maintain, and support HR Actions interface with HRMS system, Employee Self Service interface, facilitate data transfers, and maintain interfaces between HRMS and other systems. - Ensure integrity and confidentiality of client and employee information, train systems and end users on new processes/functionalities, and explore ways to improve workflow and efficiency. **Competencies:** - Exceptional communication and influencing skills. - Proven ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels within an organization. - Significant experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable learning and development solutions. - Ability to work at strategic and operational levels, creating and delivering leadership and team programs. - Strong analytical skills to gain insights and formulate solutions. - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with continuous innovation and ambiguity. - Passionate self-starter, decisive, and able to implement ideas with speed. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, build strong relationships, design scalable learning solutions, work at strategic and operational levels, analyze data for insights, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be a passionate self-starter.,
